of course i feel bad for taeui but narratively, i like the consistency with ilay's cruelty. ilay was NEVER going to change into a green flag who's fine with letting taeui go, he was never going to be gentle when hes angry. this is who he ilay is. lets wake it up. taeui has always known and then accepted ilay despite his violence, he is also insane. its time we accept that taeui has to be mentally ill for what he tolerates
