Nothing of the sort was implied by the synopsis tho.
I understand it's not your thing but the story pretty much delivered exactly what it promised.
I never said that was in the synopsis, you made that part up in your own head.
I also already said "To me something was missing." so there is no need to be defensive, like I personally hurt your favorite series.
While reading the actual series: It tried very hard to bring emotions on to the story, so readers could feel it, but failed. The art was carrying, even when it wasn't comedic moments, but writing couldn't deliver.
Sweetheart, I'd suggest you stop asuming people's emotional state. Because I was neither defensive nor 'hurt'. XD I simply commented on and critiqued your phrasing. Which, if you say something "was supposed to be", then you are specifically implying info was given that it should be that way based on whatever you saw/read etc.. And yes, it in fact never stating it was gonna be emotional was EXACTLY my point.
I did expect this to be better story than it was. To me something was missing. It mostly felt like a lot of noise and that is it. There was supposed to be a lot of emotions in this, but I didn't felt any of it.
