I don't think so. Some people was like Uke, they start enjoy and love being a house wife. People these days, makes being a house wife like some low things. Being a house wife can be a good and best things. Uke looks happy what's the matter. It doesn't show that he passionate on specific career. It's just he is indeed a diligent, responsible, dedicated, and put on effort of what he did, this kind of employment he is. He is like this in any kind of fields he works.

Uke still can do what he wants tho. Seme doesn't feel offended on what Uke wants have a job, keep productive. He simply gave him chance and fullfill his wish in a good way. It's win win solution.
I don't like it when a character gives up their dreams to become "house wifes" give this man a proper job, he was good and liked at what he did and everyone besides the nepo duo liked him, it's so unfair that he was the one punished for this bc if the cheaters were fired there wouldn't be a reason to say it was just a "disciplinary action"
anyway, director sa was really cute, he was a bit manipulative but it had good(?) intentions, his facial expressions were the best
