this is fantastic i just really don’t like the dynamic of unaware otherwise innocent lamb-like character x extremely knowledgable and experienced wolf-like character. or more simply put, two faced x not two faced.
sonya isn’t exactly ‘innocent lamb like” personality wise and her background, but that’s entirely not on her own terms and has only been in response to a terrible situation, the years she spent with kim hyeon seem to resemble her true self while happy that could let her guard down despite what we the readers know about that situation and what ended up happening later. i’ve never been a fan of one character having leverage over the other but sometimes it’s tolerable like in this story, it’s just something that bugs me i usually go for mutual first times, it never disappoints, because even a knowledge gap is acceptable when they are born equally vulnerable and equally capable of being extremely hurt- and that’s just not the case with this manhwa when he first leaves her, to him she’s nothing but a burden on his mind and someone he knowingly took advantage of for years, just gross tolerate it cause this artist fucking rocks and the story is entertaining if i ignore all that.
