Same, I'm following the author's suggestion of not hyperfocusing on a diagnosis for him bc if we're being honest he has a bunch of other issues too, but he's clearly going through depression and experiencing his first break up (he never cared when his previous relationship ended because he dated people without having feelings for them) after falling in love for the first time in his life. Most people experience that in their teenage years, Mok is experiencing it as an adult severely traumatized from his childhood abandonment, idk to me it makes sense what he's going through without adding anything else to it.
Oh, am I the only one who doesn't see him having BPD? I think he's just attached to Nanjo and definitely fell into a depression because he's deeply afraid of losing Nanjo. Nanjo just means the world to him of course his emotions are rampant because he couldn't take it if things end.
