they wanted each other so bad it made them both insane...... i had to read the comments to get what happened but i think it's mostly their lack of communication and how they were so in their heads bc they dont want to lose the other
it's just my interpretation but i feel like mc also partly wanted to get knocked up to keep the ml with him hence the smile at the end. in the beginning ml said he didn't want to so it's like he's not someone worthy to have his child or smth meanwhile ml meant it as he didn't want to share mc with anyone, not even his own child
