When I saw the water on the ground at the beginning, I thought MC pissed his pants like I recommended to catch his assailant by surprise. I'm really glad they are really making us suffer for this "dark romance" mess cuz psychopaths don't change. Self-centered Abusers will always be 2 seconds from beating yo ass. So if the writer presents a person as evil for the love of the game, I better not see some "the power of love changed him." But tay said maybe he can make him kill just a few less people in his lifetime, and that was a much more (not likely, but) reasonable expectation if he's gonna hope for ANYTHING in this relationship.
