do we learn about the top's history/motivations?

is it ever described in the novel whether the top had any relationships? he seems way too experienced as a guy seemly "straight turned gay", and we know so little about his past. so far we have a passing convo between jaekyung and his cousin describing their shock on learning the top's sexuality, but does the top ever confirm that he is gay? acc y *does* the top like jaekyung so much-other than jaekyung's beautiful beautiful structure
