I've just finished reading the extras of Koi wo Shitai Wake Janai Keredo, and I remembered reading something similar to that one scene where the seme files his nails. The uke once asked why he was always cleaning his nails, and if I remember correctly, the seme just looked at him with a knowing look or maybe the uke just realized on his own (sorry for my dory memory lol). Now, every time the seme cleans his nails, the uke gets flustered.
