Here r some factors u might want to consider:
Cost - do they offer generous scholarships for international students? is the cost of living in that location manageable?
Location - do u find the place bearable to live in (e.g., weather, suburban/urban/rural, etc)
Student population - a small student body can sometimes feel more close-knit and u will likely have more personalized attention; larger schools oft have more opportunities (more extensive research prgms, funds, etc.) + wider alumni network
Programs - does it offer interesting opportunities that could help with ur personal/professional dev? what support prgms are there if u need help? what does housing look like for all 4 yrs?
Curriculum - in how many yrs do most ppl graduate? how flexible is the curriculum? can u change ur major easily if you want to (not important if ur very sure on econ)? how much wiggle room do u have to take classes outside ur major (to avoid burnout)?
Also highly recommend seeing if u can meet (online) w/ a current student to get to know what the a uni is like! Hope this helps :)
