Yes, before marrying Larcy (Fl), Jevon (Ml) had 6 concubines from other nations for political alliances/hostages. He doesn’t love any of his concubine, only sees them as his political pawns. As they’re useful, then he keeps them otherwise they’re discarded. Other than Larcy, he never slept with any one of them nor showed any affection. Originally Larcy was just another pawn/hostage, but she proved herself being useful and Jevon had slowly fallen in love with her. Larcy had found other ways to keep the other nations allied with Chariot, so Jevon divorced 4 of the original concubines and sent them back back to their nation (tho one of the concubines was thrown into prison after her attempt on Larcy). The other two concubines are friends with Larcy and have no interest in the Emperor. A new concubine had joined but that was cause Larcy said the emperor should take her in for an alliance. The new concubine is also one of Larcy’s friend and has no desire to take Larcy’s place. He doesn’t have any children with any of his concubines. He’ll only have kids with Larcy, since she’s the only one he cares about.
