Now that I have read it and I'm up to date, I'll like to throw in my two cents... SPOILER ahead if you aren't cut up.
Firstly, I don't understand why some of y'all feel bad for the prosecutor. He was was so manipulative and toxic as hell, I don't understand why he'd force a love on someone that didn't want to be loved. I mean how do you love someone and then proceed to threaten them just to be with you. The dude was basically technically emotionally blackmailing the poor guy(Mc). It was painfully obvious that the Mc didn't even feel comfortable around him and suffocating the Mc felt around him. He was being so unfair with the Mc that it was such a hard read for me whenever they were together.
Secondly, I don't understand why Mc didn't feel the need to at least get a DNA test done before assuming the prosecutor was the father of his child, could've at least based it on a 50/50 assumption rather than just confirming that it was him. I mean I get he knotted him and all that but come on, he had sex at least during that week or month with the ML, so I it's logical to think that either could be the father of his child instead of just assuming that it was the prosecutor. It really could've saved him from going through all that insufferable moments with the prosecutor. I would give to that, that it may have contributed to him realizing his love for the ML sooner I think? but It could've saved him all anxiousness and stress.
Thirdly, the second couple, the prison guard and the foreigner... I think they're okay. I kind of understood why even though the (ex)prison guard regretted telling the foreigner off because he lied about leaving the drug business but was still in it. I mean he loved him but that was a good decision considering he was pregnant and he needed to make sure history won't repeat itself considering what he went through as a through as a child with his biological father. I think the foreigner deserved it. If he loved Phillip (I'm going to be using their names now) like he said he did he wouldn't have taking him for granted. Make it make sense why Phillip would give him a condition for them to be together and then he goes ahead to break it and proceeds to lie. If he wasn't ready to give it up why come see him, and the fact that he had to wait until he saw Philip again and Phillip had to remind him of the condition did he think it wise that he finally wanted to give up on the one reasonable thing any normal person in Phillip's shoes would want. Regardless of whether he knew Phillip was pregnant or not, no one who was literally your prison guard, so obviously he wouldn't want to be involved with a criminal, would want to start any kind of relationship with someone who's literally a drug lord. What made it worse was that this same drugs being trafficked caused him so much pain, although Alejandro didn't know that so, I'll give him that. That's why I'm glad that they had time away from each other, one needed to change, not only because his partner told him to and the other needed to give him that time to change and understand his own faults without him subcoming to the puppy dog eyes the other would throw his way and end up forgiving him too easily(hope y'all understand).I can't wait for more chapters of their relationship and little family.
Lastly, the Mc's Dad. I don't like the fact that he was never held accountable for what he did to the Mc. The neglect and then acting like nothing happened because he married a new wife. I feel the author brushed up on that. The fact that he didn't really act like a father to the Mc, or at least it wasn't shown. It makes no sense how he had zero relationship with his Dad but then his step mum they kept showing like there was an issue there. The Dad was the biggest gloss over. No relationship nothing. It felt like a plot hole there. I mean in beginning I thought he was even adopted, by the his step mom(who I later found out was his stepmom). And it made no sense why there wasn't any sort of conflict resolution between them. Not once was he shown till he gave birth. I mean if the Mc had finally acknowledged the stepmom why couldn't there be reconciliation between father and son, it just felt over looked, seeing as later on it's protrayed that there's no more bad blood between him and his family, like he hadn't gone through a traumatic past that the dad should've felt responsible for and at least apologized. It make sense for me though, on that part.
One thing I'd really hope to see is the omega friend's family to the Mc. Even if it's just a side story chapter dedicated to them, they looked interesting. I mean I guess they're side characters so their back story was basically summarized but I'd love to see an inside in their lives. I hope if they're going to talk about the prosecutor again, it'll be him going through therapy or have gone through therapy because, although he had his faults, his parents are obviously a contributor to that effect. Don't get me wrong, I don't feel bad for him in the slightest but he was able to take accountability for his actions so maybe in future chapters if he'll be talked about, I hope it's him going through the right processes of being a redeemable character not just him moving on and then his bad character being swept away by the author cuz he apparently found a new love instrest or something.
With all that being said, I find the manhwa really good read and I look forward to more, even though it looks like it'll be ending in the next chapter. .
