What an unsettling story in main and in side... The MC says hes like his father but hes really like his mother, being kidnapped, assaulted, and literally left bruised multiple times from the ML who is just not very likable at all. Like did the ML kill his brother??? And then in the SIDE the ML f*cks other men like right before sleeping with the MC? Is the ML destined to be unlikable in every universe? All of this is annoying enough but it doesn't seem to impact or build up in the emotional state of the MC at all. It just doesn't feel human to be slapped around by your partner and then be like, oh well the price of love
