I just finished this story and I think it’s pretty good. I like how the author handled the main couple’s relationship, their trauma, and the ending. Only issues I had was how slow burn it was (it took abt 50 chapters or so for the plot to get going) and the couple’s constant communication issues, although imo the latter is kinda justified considering their personal traumas. The overall tone of the story is lwk depressing since the MC’s fam was abusive and then he’s suddenly forced to marry a guy he doesn’t know who acts kind but distant. The flashback is very dark and shows abuse, rape, severe depressive episodes, and suicide. I didn’t like the ML bc he was constantly hot and cold and a hypocrite but imo it’s bc he’s a flawed person so I don’t consider it an issue with the story itself. MC pointed out some of his issues so it wasn’t like the author was trying to make him out to be a good person. His redemption arc was well done, esp compared to other manhwas where MLs will barely grovel for a few chapters before returning to how they used to act after being forgiven. Def not a perfect relationship but I think the story was mostly written well. Honestly the only issue I really had with it was how slow the beginning was.
