don't get me wrong, i absolutely love this manga. it's one of the reasons i got into this genre, BUT i can't believe the author never made anymore crossovers between the couples. the closest we got was with yokozawa & his partner, but he was always just the antagonist/love interest. what i love about stories with many couples is when they share storylines by finding out about each other, have mutual friends, confide in each other, have inside jokes, etc. it's such a waste to have created so many characters yet barely have them interacting outside of their jobs & own storylines. she could've done so much more with all this material without stalling the main storyline with filler. this will always have a special place in my heart but such wasted potential to end it like this.
