It's not at bad as the rating and comments suggest. Toxic? Hell yes! Bad as killing stalking? Not at all. Was it bad what ML did to him while he was blindfolded? Of course! Were they still kinda cute afterwards? Yes! Why? Because they were both obsessed with each other. MC was exactly where he wanted to be.
