I find the dream theories tiring bc it's said literally every chapter and if it was all a dream then there wouldn't ever be a progress in the story, it's just lazy and unimaginative and until now Mok's fantasies never lasted more than one chapter, they conclude themselves and he's back to reality.

Well no, I don’t think it’s a dream because he was very much like this in chapter 24 when mokyeon didn’t want to have sex but nanjo pushed him to in the shower. Author on twitter posted a checklist of how nanjo/mokyeon act towards their partner/sex and this is very much in character. Mok-yeon is dreaming y’all. We all know Nanjo doesn’t act like that (even though I wanted to see dominant Nanjo ;)). I wish this was true but isn’t it weird that Nanjo suddenly wants sex AFTER Mok-yeon got discharged and pouring his emotions/ apology??
