I think the MC's mom was a prostitute, she sell her body for a living and mc doesn't want to be labeled as the same like his mom, then the mc's friend did talk to the ml and told him the stuff about this and that but the fucker didn't care at all, no remorse or whatsoever. and I think it happened when ml is haunting mc down in the ran away arc

Looks like they followed the novel and its worst… in the novel (if I remember correctly since its been a long time since I’ve read it) ML raped MC twice and that’s it but here it seems multiple times.
