Yeah I thought the same when i read previous chapter 39 when nanjo was looking at half dressed M out of the shower and I could feel Nanjo pent up energy going wild...he was visiable drolling hahahah
the theories I’ve seen the most are that mokyeon is actually dreaming about this moment and it isn't real, and that nanjo is planning to take revenge on mokyeon by pretending to like him.
