It does work like that, you need to reread the first season because you could see nanjo was hesitant yet did have feelings for mokyeon. He actually did kiss mokyeon back on chapter 29 and initiated their shower sex chapter 24. I think it was his feelings for sunhwa getting in the way but that’s all gone now. Author didn’t rush the story either. It was all planned out from the beginning and it was originally supposed to be a novel.

From what I can see, Nanjo might just be pent and as I recall from earlier chapters, he can’t get it up unless it’s Mok. So this may just be him using him right now.
I just feel like its happening so fast. Like I swear Nanjo is acting a different prison after the hospital. Plus I feel like Nanjo isn't the type to get over it that quickly. Ig he has held his grudge for a little bit but such the sudden change is quite weird to me
