I feel like given he has an important position in his company, he is the CEO and he makes the decisions, he's used to taking care of problematic situations and making things work, so maybe that applies to people? Lol like he is good at taking control and smooth out every situation that's why if you come to him with vulnerability like Mok is doing his instinct is to take the lead, help and resolve it
which ALSO explains why he got so panicked when he was submissive in earlier chapters and when Mok dominated him since he’s so used to being the one in charge

So basically now it's confirmed that nanjo has a saviour complex... This happened with Sunhwa and now it's happening with Mok since he's in such a pathetic/ damsel in distress type of state. He was weirdly obsessed with Sunhwa and I can see him doing the same with Mok now.Personally I believe this might be linked to some kind of trauma? Maybe from his mother??? Idk
