I have the same question,,if he passed away in a car accident, then these are things he created himself—but then again, what if Najo was the one who took him to the hospital and got him admitted?
I don't think he passed away but Nanjo's attitude getting an 180° shift is weird to me.
Also things r just going too well all of a sudden. This feels like Mokyeon's dream where everything goes in his favor
