Yeah it's like they didn't see the chapter where he beat Mok so much he was sporting bruises for weeks... If Nanjo wasn't enjoying it he was more than capable to put a stop to it earlier. He has money and power other than the physical strength to do it. And I guess people also forget this is the same guy who willingly entered a 3some with a guy he was just seeing and a total stranger in CHAPTER 1.
