What I’m seeing is he had a male lover his mother was sick or someone who was a woman and close to him, they were kissing or smt in the next room, she saw and then was so disgusted and angry at him that they prob got into a fight. Then bc of that she jumped to her death and died right in front of him because he was leaving the hospital when she did it. Now he feels guilty and the weird guy is probably using it against him to sexually exploit him or smt
Or I jst saw someone say that he looked young. So maybe it was that he was groomed or wtv or atleast smt happened that he started a relationship with an older guy while he was pretty young and that guys wife or gf or smt that was connected to one of em got mad or grossed out or sad and killed herself. Either way she jumped and he was right in the crossfire of her body at the time so he saw everything and prob feels extremely guilty
