The more I reread this story, the more I love it. The depth of the characters and the way the author portrays their dynamic—shifting from mutual distrust and imbalance to becoming deeply rooted in one another, effectively becoming each other's reason for living—is complex yet beautiful and moving. I really appreciate the character complexities, which are rooted in their individual traumas regarding love. None of their actions feel sudden, out of character, or forced, making the story incredibly engaging and exciting. I love this title so much—ugh. It’s one of the best things I’ve ever read.
