Some of the worst crap I’ve read on here has been in the 9.1-9.5 range, some of the best is almost a point lower than that. It’s about what the majority voted, not any actual measure of quality.

A manhwa rated 9.6, it. Doesn't even deserve 5.
It was so bad .
