it isnt happening too fast. They are just having sex. They arent going out yet so u need to chill. Im sure once Nanjo tries to get close to Mok thanks to that savior complex of his and the obvious attraction he has towards Mok, we (including Nanjo) will get more into Mok's mental troubles to address them.
