Tehir actually “loves” Kimoto, and Kimoto is struggling with that cause Jin was Tehir’s number 1 motivator. it’s basically the “personification” of the deeply arrogant selfish part of altruism falling in love with the personification inhumane intellect and efficiency (bugs are portrayed biologically very efficient, I assume that’s why hes personified as a bug).
