i think it only works under replies, like they can't really mention/reply directly to you in the comments but other than that, it's useless

anywhere tbh may it be manhwa/ga/hua. they can still reply to that comment without actually mentioning/replying directly to you. best you can do is mute its notification if that person is becoming too much

Does blocking people here actually works? Like if I've replied to someone on the comments (not on the forum or wtv it's called) and I blocked them, will they still be able to reply to me? Like I want to know cause one time I blocked a weirdo and they still managed to answer my question in the forum so idk if blocking works on a comment
