How eijun ace title feel so rushed?? For god sake, with 2 manga with more than 200 chapter++, he became an ace just the half of the end act II. From the half of act I, he already became a person who always save his team at the last! Everytime he appeared, he can making his team "alive" again! That's the definiton of "ace", he already act like the one long before he have "ace" title. How many time he save his team for furuya bad game just because of his selfish moody arc? . He became a "ace" already a very good pace & writing. I don't know how eijun became the ace feel so rushed while his technique & his mentality already at the level of "ace", the one who feel so rushed as the ace is furuya, at that time he became the ace just because his one technique a powerful & fast pitching, everything else like his character & his mentality not ready for the "ace" title.
the one author failed is he always flavour his favorite furuya than his own main character, he wasted very good eijun development especially when battle with narumiya team. The author give the ace only have 3 inning with his yips suddenly back again out of nowhere with his furuya have 6 inning with his very smooth game lol.
Coming back to say, I feel like Eijun's ace title feels so rushed... It doesn't feel like he's earned it. He never should've gotten ace... He couldve gotten ace when he's in pros or something. This arc doesn't feel earned at all. It's just to make fans feel better which is not good story writing at all
