Actually he is not dominant as well he is similar to koi ( Grayson mom) , and angel (Keith’s mom) .. like some kind of rare dominant… koi would recognize him immediately since he’s one of his kind

He is a dominant omega and he does have the mark , but this part was narrated by Grayson and because of Dane making him go on rut , he is not in his right mind. So the only thing he is thinking about is being with Dane , so he is not even thinking about looking for the mark .
Is Dane only an average omega?
