I was always a big fan of Madarame Hiro's work and sorta messy storytelling but this is genuinely her most confusing work. I love the concept of Raita as a character, so i would love if she eventually does another story with him, specially now that she is publishing again it seems. But this story in particular seems kind of pointless, like nothing really happen. I guess it was probably just an introduction to his character? But we never got a second story i wonder why.
