I think I understand why Suo vanished, leaving a trail of pain and silence in his wake, he knew that if he talked to the other guys, dragging them into his problem would be inevitable. I don't agree with what he did, nor do I get why he thought his friends would just let him go that easily, but recent chapters make it glaringly obvious that his usual flawless, nonchalant smile is barely holding together this time.
Bet in the next chapter Rakta's gonna drop the "Suo told me he doesn't want to see you guys" line, just because Suo wants to hurt them and push them even further away. But we all know those tactics never work in shonen. The protagonist is coming after you if you're his friend. Resistance is futile, Suo.
