I do want Mako to stand up for himself more but I understand he’s fr traumatized and has been r*ped by this man multiple times. So like of course he’s too scared to fight him off or scream or run. If I were in Mako’s shoes and my ex-bf rapist abuser was cornering me and grabbing me and yelling at me in public idek what I’d do. Not saying Yuki is a good option either but I am happy he’s defending Mako here bc idk if Mako can defend himself
