Fr tho. Medeia has enough to deal with cleaning up her own house much less helping a fairly ousted prince who's going for control in his own country. Giving her a little time to slowly warm up to him avoids a situation where she either agrees to a 'fake' relationship for the sake of power and stability and the inevitable will-they-won't-they wait for them to acknowledge their feelings for each other or pretending they don't know each other but having stolen moments, both of which would be too much for someone who only trusts people who died for her in her last life.
I don’t know about you guys but I like the ML not being in the scene too much, we get to focus more on the FL and honestly I really like this I like how it just go straight to the point and not some over dramatic roller coaster. the ML is contributing enough to the story that its in a good pace yk what I mean they aren’t going so fast into the “I think I’m starting to like him phase” so soon enough once we get there we will definitely get more on the ML it self.
