People will read the forced pregnancy story and whine about the forced pregnancy. Any forced pregnancy is assault. MC was planning on assaulting someone, and ended up with a man that's trying to assault him instead. There was always going to be SA and abuse from chapter 1, it's the plot. Move on if you need to, it's your choice to keep reading or not. Don't feel like you have to finish every story you started.
And to the others that still want to read it but don't know how to feel about enjoying a story centered around an abusive sexual dynamic: It's normal to read about disturbing subjects, and you don't have to feel guilty for enjoying the story. Fiction is a gift that allows us to engage in these subjects in a safe way (like how kids will often roleplay divorce or violence during play). But don't try and deny what the subject material is. The story contains rape, you're not evil for reading it, but you should remember to think critically about core messages, and make sure you don't subconsciously pick up unhealthy habits from your reading.
