Loved Jintae’s character development. This is the first time in a while that I actually sympathize with the “villain’s” backstory and I think I know why: Jintae wasn’t a rapist and a lot of manhwas show multiple rape scenes and then a sad backstory. But, someone’s tragic, traumatic, abusive, or even poverty-ridden past doesn’t mean they’ll grow up to be a rapist. They try to make you sympathetic towards their harsh upbringing. But with Jintae, his shitty actions of dumping his bf then wanting him again later just cuz of his secondary gender, completely relates to the abusive childhood with his mother. I loved his character growth. He and Dawun are soooo freaking cute and are perfect for each other. They really brought some excitement to the story :)
