No, he won't get pregnant rn and actually him and Grayson will have a discussion about it in the next chapters. Grayson will wrongly think that Dane is pregnant and want to take responsibility for it. He would actually be in a serious relationship with Dane, but Dane doesn't want to have children nor wants to be in a serious relationship because of his past trauma with his mother who was abusive with him. In the end, after a loooong time, they will seriously get together and will have children.
With the last part I'm referring to the side stories that the author will write. But in the last chapter of the story Dane was thinking about having them.
