I totally agree with what you said. I get that the author said she wanted the season 3 being more angsty but this was not necessarily to take this way and it’s just frustrating (but not in a good way) because a lot of BL readers are actually tired of seeing that recurring narrative element in stories where the power dynamic between the top and the bottom is unbalanced and the top takes advantage of it. The story can have tension between the two without that path having to be taken and I really don’t see the point tbh, the story worked fine without Aaron tying up Yunjin naked and touching him after he has experienced a traumatic event. Also the author seemed to be doing just fine without it too. Plus the fact their dynamic was so good since the beginning and very refreshing but now it looks like I am reading any famous toxic BL with this chapter where the top is annoying asf is throwing me off. Personally I’m going to let it marinate from now on but it won’t last long and that next chapter they will AT LEAST communicate
