Why isn't the uke's past shown in depth? Even though he is the MC of this manhwa, we see less of his past than we do of the seme's past. We only know what the seme knows.
And what is up with the teacher saying the uke has to take the punishment instead of the seme just because the uke helped him? Why don't we know anything about the teacher when the uke hates him so much? I don't think it's as simple as only whipping his legs as punishment. The teacher maintains a calm, smiling, or nonchalant expression, sitting back and reading a book while a child panics and begs in front of him. This cold, calculated demeanor signals a sadist who enjoys total control and psychological dominance over the kid. Once the teacher forced the uke to accept that his body existed solely to take on punishment and suffer for the sake of others, the MC learned to treat his physical self as objectified and disposable.

Was it out of paranoia over a potential rebellion, a bid to consolidate absolute power by erasing the entire bloodline, or simply to silence them before they could pose a threat?
