I dont think its super bad especially if the other party is into it, you also have to acknowledged on what kind of person is the other party, and they do have enough communication though except the growing feelings which really happens in real life. To be honest the ML is way too considerate than the real gay/bi tops. Ive seen shy, frustrated, possessive ones, confident, and etc but being way too considerate is almost rare encounter.
