I mean, intensity of feelings doesn't have to be an issue, at least when that intensity doesn't cross over into obsession or something toxic. Everyone feels emotions differently, someone might show their love passionately and obviously while someone else has more of a subtle slow burn. Doesn't mean either is wrong or not compatible for each other, most important thing is that the target of your love can feel it, whether you express it through words, actions or gifts.
