looking for a music/song writer related manhwa

anyone know this manhwa where the mc is confined in his room writing music? he lives with his childhood "friend" (who is an actor), but the guy has some twisted obsession over him & has been threatening suicide if he didn't stay with him. mc is constantly being monitored with cameras. mc later meets the ml through their balcony (the ml's cat wondered into his floor) who lives 1 floor above him in the penthouse. i think the ml owns a music label, but he eventually saves & recruits the mc. they both have black hair. all i can remember. would greatly appreciate anyones help(づ￣ ³￣)づ
