As much as people call it slop writing and call the MC stupid, the reality is that there ARE teenage/young parents who've lived through this reality and at the end of the day a lot of them are victims to the environment they grew up in. Many of them make bad choices, suffer stupid consequences and ruin their lives. On the flipside, there are also those who make bad choices, learn from their mistakes, and become better humans.
Being involved with problematic people and pregnancy not something to be romanticised and I'm glad the author put it out there. Pregnancy especially shouldn't be romanticised for people who are still schooling and can't even take care of themselves yet. 20 is very young for pregnancy, and I'm HAPPY to see the author include this since young adults in Asia are always pushed to start a family before 25.
Even so, I'm just really glad it's a Happy Ending though many people cannot agree with it. Honestly MC is better than me because I wouldn't have forgiven ML's ass from chapter 1, much less whatever else baggage he carried afterwards.
