kinda wish the author didn't write such a heavy handed start of season because i don't think she's a good enough writer for that. the humor and cringe is actually alright if you set the stand and tone for it, but writing a guy self-destruct like mokyeon was just so out of place
My idea is, now that mok lost his dom aura. Nanjo now has to pick it up and take control. He was always pretty neutral/ dom. But mok personality is stronger and over powered his. Once mok gets his mojo back the dynamic will be back to normal I’m hoping
true, i actually really liked how the season started with mokyeons backstory and showing hes not a mentally stable guy. But the build up ended up in a pretty unsatisfactory climax. It feels like author regretted the path it was going towards (or maybe got complains) I wish more BL authors worked with writers it could up the quality of their works so much

EVEN nanjo feels like a caricature of a power bottom, especially with the saviour complex line. Like I'm sorry, but this last chapter genuinely reads like satire.
I'd like to think this is her playing into the whole dark comedy thing she mentioned but then what the fuck was the point of showing mokyeon slitting his wrist??????????? The author could have written a suffering arc that wasn't him legitimately trying to off himself if she was gonna slack off when it came to writing an enjoyable, believable, well-written pathetic top x older power bottom. It's seems like she was lost in what genre she wanted to write.
If yall want a dynamic like this that's actually good just go read the pizza delivery man and the golden palace. Cause I think Borderlines author was trying emulate Woowon & Seoan but holy fuck all she's done is made a joke of her characters.
Like this is unfortunately yaoi sloppppppp && yall are under spells (nanjo's hole). Feels like all sense went out the window with Sunhwa out of the picture.
