It hasn't been revealed yet, but it seems to be either antidepressant or sleeping pills. Dohu had trouble sleeping and had constant nightmare ever since Juheon left him 4 years ago.

I just want to add regarding Juheon's family matters:
His aunt has been locking Juheon's grandfather who has dementia away for the sake of becoming the one who manages all his assets despite how the grandfather already pointed someone else to be his legal guardian. Juheon got the footage of this and intended to reveal this to the public when his popularity is at the peak, so he could go down along with his family as his revenge
Since a lot of people are confused and getting some details wrong, or feeling there is no progression, here is the summary of what happened so far.
- Dohu and Juheon reunited after 4 years. Juheon pretended not to know Dohu.
- Dohu tricked Juheon to reveal himself, but Juheon didn't want anything to do with Dohu. He went as far as to pay Dohu to quit his job. Dohu refused.
- Juheon found out Dohu's drunken habit now includes Dohu going back to Juheon's old apartment. Juheon momentarily let Dohu in. Dohu used this chance to tell Juheon his feelings. Juheon was shaken, but steadfast in rejecting Dohu.
- Juheon noticed Dohu hasn't been eating, so he invited Dohu to eat. Once again Dohu used this chance to ask Juheon if there was other reason to him leaving.
- Juheon didn't tell Dohu, but it was revealed Juheon's aunt threatened Juheon in regard to Dohu. Combined with his trauma of being abandoned, Juheon chose to leave Dohu.
- Juheon's shooting got sabotaged by Park Gitae, Juheon's fellow actor and Dohu's childhood bully. Gitae was jealous of Juheon, and the sabotage ended with Juheon getting injured.
- Dohu once again confronted Juheon. Juheon in severe pain, decided to play the bad guy and hurt Dohu to make sure Dohu leave him once and for all, but he couldn't 100% go through with it. The two had a very uncomfortable sex.
- Dohu didn't buy Juheon's act to push him away. Instead he reasserted his love for Juheon and forced Juheon to eat medicine and brought him to hospital.
- The two made a pact that they will meet 5 times and if it didn't work out, Dohu had to leave. Though Dohu had no intention to leave.
- Behind the scene, Juheon hired a private eye, most likely to investigate his aunt. He had some kind of a plan to bring her down. It seems that his aunt has been stalking him and made his life hell in the last 4 years, so Juheon chose to be an actor in a retaliation.
- Juheon also used the private eye to investigate Dohu relationship with Park Gitae, of which the private eye didn't tell him that Dohu had been taking medication this whole time.
- Dohu rewritten the script as a way to get back to Park Gitae, and Gitae ended up being embarassed by Juheon during shoot.
- Gitae realizing it was Dohu's fault, confronted Dohu and Dohu who had been feeling unwell recently, ended up fainting.
- Juheon brought Dohu to hospital, met with Dohu's sister and discovered Dohu has been taking medication all this time. In anger, Juheon asked his private eye why he didn't report this to him.
Anyway, those who said there is no progression are not paying attention. It is slow, very slow, but there is almost always some kind of progression each chapter. We have gone from Juheon pretending not to know Dohu, blocking Dohu's phone, to now the two having more intimate moments and learning more about each other.
We are now at a very pivotal moment, as one of the biggest reasons for Juheon leaving Dohu is his own assertion that Dohu would be fine without him and his fear of being abandoned by Dohu. Now it is revealed that Dohu is absolutely not fine without him. This opens the door to Juheon realizing that his assumption about Dohu has been wrong all along.
