Agreed about Mokyeon, s1 Mok wasn't the real one, this one is because he cares like he has never done before. He said he didn't feel like he has a sadistic side when it comes to Nanjo as early as chapter 15! Not to mention he was always jealous of Nanjo doting on Sunwha and when he looked at them he only focused on the affection part rather than the sex... The real Mok has always been a traumatized kid looking for love.
For Nanjo I just think he's horny tbh, he has always felt attraction for Mok because when he hit him he showed he could overpower Mok if he wanted and he went along with Mok's whims for too long for it to be just because of Sunwha... whether he is aware of other possible lingering feelings will probably only be revealed with his pov.
i dont care i like this mokyeon better… s1 mokyeon was inconsiderate of nanjo’s feelings and blackmailed him. i love a soggy dog top. but the sudden switch with nanjo is throwing me off, it doesnt seem normal
