I know it's her character, and I can at least compliment the consistency of her character. But I have a crazy idea. How about, instead of this long drawn out thing where you give your family a huge complicated list of demands for "your type" then when they find your type you spend all your time trying to subtly push him away while not saying a damn thing and clearly being upset about it, I have a crazy idea, how about, as a strong female knight character, look your father in the eyes and say, "no." WE COULD SKIP THIS ENTIRE DAMN PLOT IF SHE JUST SAID "I'm not marrying anyone right now, regardless of who they are" or even simply "I don't like him" or god forbid she look the guy in the face and say, (and I know how crazy this sounds for a character that is meant to be a strong female knight but hear me out) she could say "FUCK OFF AND LEAVE ME ALONE,"
AKDKAOAKDAHAHHHHHHHRRRGGGGGGHH her not saying anything EVER is SO FRUSTRATING to read!!!! She barely has any dialogue to begin with because her character is the silent type and that's fine, but why is she just not opposing ANYTHING when she clearly doesn't want it?!?! If they went to this extent to find her type, is she seriously stupid enough to believe they will forget and move on if she doesn't show any interest? there is just SO MANY MORE THINGS she could do other than SILENTLY accepting her family and the man himself forcing his way closer to her. UGH I'm so irritated by this I can't.
