Haven’t finished the novel. But damn MCs stupidity and stubbornness gets real old after 80 chapters. I’m on 110ish and he’s still being a stupid brat. Like ML isn’t perfect but at least he fucking listens. MC is just stupid and selfish. And a victim complex. Creates problems by himself and blames ML for EVERYTHING. never acknowledges the good only when they have sex…. That is so weird. MC expects the world but also gets mad at everything, causes problems, and is never thankful.
It’d be fine if it was just a few chapters. But he is STILL doing it.
And then in 110s, we discover he’s taking medications that could permanently affect his body. ML is of course pissed and MC is MAD that he’s pissed.
But isn’t that the whole premise of MCs stupid tantrums??? That he is infertile?? Wasn’t he super depressed about that??? So why the fuck is he actively doing things to make his health worse??? He of course blames ML.
It’s really frustrating.
People can hate on ML all day (I actually don’t mind him at all. He had an awful childhood and was literally never taught or given space for feelings. Also a bit acoustic.) but damn at least he cares and tries. And CHANGES.
