okay, ur spelling's a bit hard to understand (no offense) but from what I understand, Kahim probably does have a blood pact (or is his power wind? I forgot lol), and yes, K does have a pact with fabian. He can use his power, and they show in one of the chapters K using a percent of the power on Fabian, cuz Fabian asked. Hope this helps!
Spoilers: The answer to the blood pact for them is another form of bond because K's former esper in chapter 10 had powers that were poisonous, causing him to lose his sense of taste and experience hallucinations, which is why he had to ensure he was fully compatible with him to receive his guiding in chapters 23-24; however, you will get a more in-depth backstory in chapters 30-40 that provides a better explanation. I am not sure why Kahim has powers, but as a form of protection for guides, as explained in chapter 3, where espers can share their powers with their guide in an emergency and as a form of preserving their energy until it is safe to receive guiding, which explains the esper-to-guide ratio regarding where an esper should be and when it becomes deadly
Wait I'm slightly confused. So guide can only get powers by having a blood pact with an esper right?? So why does kahim just jave wind powers?? Or does this mean kahim gad a blood pact woth someone who's not introduced yet?? Also then does this mean K have fabian's power now too since they had a blood pact?? Or have they not yet and that simply drinking each other's blood doesn't mean it's a blood pact?? I'm only at chapter 15 only btw
